The association gave the Ultimatum in a communiqué signed by the president of the association, Professor Innocent Ujah and Secretary General, Doctor Philips Uche Ekpe.
The association said the various industrial dispute involving the different affiliates of the association were exhaustively reviewed during the meeting adding that the ultimatum was reached after due consultation.
The communiqué which stressed that no doctor shall be victimized for participating or not participating in the industrial action by NARD, said an emergency delegate meeting will be held to review the progress after the 21 days.
