The new Senior Advocates of Nigeria include Lagos-based fiery human rights advocate, FESTUS KEYAMO and a former Director General of the Nigerian Copyrights Commission, Professor ADEBAMBO ADEWOPO.
The Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, HADIZATU MUSTAPHA, told newsmen in Abuja that the list was drawn from seventy-twenty candidates who made the final stage of the screening, out of one hundred and fifty-six that applied.
HADIZATU MUSTAPHA said the list was approved at the 127th meeting of the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee, where she serves as the Secretary.
