This is according to the renowned Economist, Pat Utomi who was speaking on a live television programme.
Utomi said the nation has been on a downward trend for a long time and noted that the problem with the country is systemic.
The former Presidential candidate also explained that the country will only get it right if the young people decide to take back their country.
