Governor Wike, who was speaking during the commissioning of Orogbum Cresecent, New GRA, Port Harcourt yesterday, said his empowerment plan will begin with those who started with him.
He berated those who he said, believed that his administration cannot turn Port Harcourt around.
Commissioning the road, the Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, said the quality of the projects done in the state shows the love that governor WIKE has for the people of Rivers State.
