Arotile was Nigeria’s first female fighter helicopter pilot.
According to an earlier statement by the NAF She was killed in a car accident.
There have been rumours that Arotile was deliberately murdered and many Nigerians including members of her family have called for investigations.
But the air force, through its spokesman, Ibikunle Adaramola said such rumour was false.
