He said he was aware that there were a lot of arms and ammunition in Rivers State, as well as the daunting security challenges facing the state.
C.P. ADEBANJO described Rivers State as a very challenging place to secure, and charged Divisional Police Officers to always respond to tip-offs.
The new Commissioner of Police in Rivers State promised that the State Police Command would depend heavily on the use of intelligence to ensure effective policing.
C.P. ADEBANJO appealed to the general public to assist the Police with credible information to perform better.
