CP Eboka who said the fight against insecurity will be in accordance with International best practices with regard to the Rule of Law and respect for fundamental Human Rights said the strategy of his policing shall rest on Intelligence-led policing and community partnership.
CP Eboka also promised to synergize with other sister security Agencies to battle crime in the state just as he vowed that the state will not be habitable for criminals.
The new Commissioner of Police made the commitment in his maiden media briefing on assumption as the forty-second commissioner of Police in Rivers State.
