The suspect was arrested in Okrika local government area of the state on Saturday.
However, the Chairman and Chief Executive officer of the agency; Buba Marwa has directed that she be granted administrative bail pending when she is delivered of her baby.
She is expected to return to the agency for prosecution.
The agency said the suspect is in her ninth month of pregnancy.
