The National Democratic Coalition (NDC) has called for the immediate removal of the Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, Femi Gbajabiamila, over an alleged corruption scandal involving a controversial organisation known as the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC).
The group alleged that the scandal involved the operation of a fake government agency and the alleged sale of appointments, urging President Tinubu to take swift action to protect the credibility of his administration and ensure accountability.
The NDC also called for a transparent and independent investigation into the allegations, insisting that anyone found culpable should be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
