These include the passage of both the Fiscal and Administrative Policy Bills of the Petroleum Industry once the Senate resumed from its annual recess in September.
Senator SARAKI also said the Senate would be considering bills that are designed to reposition Nigeria’s economy, tackle the deficit in infrastructure and entrench transparency in the system.
According to a statement released by Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, YUSUF OLANIYONU, Senator SARAKI said the Chamber would be finalising work on social intervention legislation to open up access for small and enterprises to do business with ease.
SARAKI noted that even though the current Senate has only twenty-two months left, it would not relent on its landmark achievements in terms of record setting passage of bills and treatment of petitions.
