Doctor Briggs, who was reacting to Governor Fubara’s approval for staff promotions at RSUTH and the recruitment of health workers for the facility, acknowledged the governor’s commitment to addressing welfare concerns within the health sector, despite the challenges faced by the administration.
While recognizing these positive steps, the NARD President urged Governor Fubara to fulfill his promise of providing medical training grants, emphasizing its importance in advancing health service delivery in the state.
