The Minister of Finance, KEMI ADEOSUN, said the idea is to recreate taxpaying culture among Nigerians, like it used to be in the past before the discovery of crude oil in commercial quantities.
Speaking on a live television programme monitored in Port Harcourt, KEMI ADEOSUN said the N-Power graduates would be going to tertiary institutions, schools and market places.
