Members and supporters of the All Progressives Congress in Omuma and Etche local government areas of Rivers State have hailed the Court of Appeal ruling nullifying the election for Etche-Omuma Federal Constituency.The Appellate Court nullified the election of JEROME EKE of the PDP while ruling on an application filed by OGBONNA NWUKE of the APC.The APC Chairman in Omuma Local Government Area, CHARLES AMAEHULE told our correspondent that with the nullification of the last election, the people of Etche-Omuma Federal Constituency would have a chance to election their rightful representative.The Omuma APC Chairman also used the opportunity to draw attention to the plight of the people in the local government area due to disruption of electricity supply over the past months.
