Reports indicate that more than one hundred and eight thousand people are being moved to uplands after an overflow channel at the tallest dam in the US was weakened by heavy rainfall.
Officials said the excess water has now stopped flowing, but the evacuation order remained in place, as water levels in the reservoir have risen following heavy rain and snow after years of severe drought.
