When the matter came up in court, OWHOR who pleaded not guilty to the charges told the court how he had approached the family of CONFIDENCE FYNFACE to seek for her hand in marriage.
OWHOR, who has also been living with the twenty-four year old mother of two since 2015, begged the court to ask CONFIDENCE FYNFACE to return to their home for the sake of their children.
But in her response, CONFIDENCE who now lives with her mother refused to go back to the father of her children.
Our correspondent reports that after listening to both parties, Chief Magistrate, ISREAL AGBAESOR asked parties to present a member from both families on the next adjourned date.
The matter was thereafter adjourned till 8th April, 2020 for report and settlement.
