Abali said his position followed the disparity in Chairman’s documents, insisting that Nwaobakata-Job who was declared winner of the election was not a registered voter.
The petitioner wants the three man panel led by Chief Magistrate Rita Ogugwo to consider his evidence and exhibits tendered against Nwaobakata-Job of PDP, including the disparity in his names on voter’s card, nomination forms and his credentials.
Today FM’s Uchendu Ejiowhor reports that while the ADC candidate closed his case with him as the only witness, the PDP and its candidate opened their defense.
The three man Tribunal led by Chief Magistrate Rita Ogugo after listening to the witness, adjourned the matter till tomorrow, Tuesday 13th of July, 2021 for continuation of cross examination.
