Governor Fubara made the comment during the special court session to mark the opening of the 2023-2024 Legal year, where he insisted that independence of Judiciary would help in ensuring justice delivery in every case.
The governor however, promised to attend to issues and challenges raised by the judiciary including provision of vehicles for judges and Magistrates, accommodations amongst others.
Governor Fubara particularly advised judges and Magistrates to always consider justification of their actions especially when approached by those in the habit of influencing the judiciary.
