Speaking during a tour to ascertain the level of damage done in the Area, Paramount Ruler, Eze CHRISTOPHER DIDIA expressed shock and sadness over the incident.
Eze DIDIA called on the people of Egbeda Community to remain calm, adding that modalities are being worked out to restore peace in the area.
On his part; Chairman of Egbeda Community Development Committee, BATHELOMEW OSAH expressed concern that cult activities have caused so much harm to Egbeda Community just as he appealed to those behind the constant attacks to desist forthwith.
Suspected cultists had invaded Egbeda Community last week killing two persons, kidnapped a chief and burnt down the Palace of the Paramount ruler of the Community, Eze CHRISTOPHER DIDIA.
Security has been beefed-up in the area.
