Lieutenant General Lagbaja made the remarks during a Seminar on Transformation Leadership and Nigerian Army Operational Effectiveness, organized by the Army Headquarters Department of Transformation and Innovation.
The message of Lieutenant General Lagbaja which was delivered by the General Officers Commanding Six Division, Major General Jamal Abdussalam, advised commanders of all levels to redouble their efforts in rejuvenating the fighting spirit of all troops under commands.
The Chief of Army Staff said the Seminar is in line with his command philosophy, which is to transform the Nigerian Army into a well-trained, equipped and highly motivated force towards achieving its constitutional responsibilities.
He urged the Army personnel to participate actively in the seminar and commended their loyalty and dedication to duties, assuring that the Army headquarters will continue to provide the needed resources and guidance in the execution of various tasks.
