Kogi State Government Bans Trade Union Activities in State-Owned Tertiary Institutions

The ban approved by Governor YAHAYA BELLO is directed first at the Joint Acting Committee of Trade Unions of Tertiary Institutions.
The affected institutions include Kogi State University Teaching Hospital, Kogi State Polytechnic, Kogi State College of Education, Kogi State College of Nursing and Kogi State College of Health Sciences.
The announcement of the ban was contained in a statement personally signed by Governor YAHAYA BELLO, which was circulated to media houses.
