Kidnappers have struck again around Emohua in Rivers State, taking with them one EZE TASIE from Ndele community who was intercepted along Rumuodogo road.
Our correspondent gathered that EZE TASIE was ambushed and abducted at gunpoint on his way from Rumuji.
The victim was driving to Rumuodogo where he operates a chemist, while his car was abandoned by the roadside after he was taken away.
In another development, suspected armed robbers earlier today blocked the Evekwu-Odohia axis of the East-West Road in a bid to ambush early travelers.
A commercial transport operator, who confirmed the development, said the hoodlums succeeded in robbing passengers of two commercial buses.
Items stolen from the passengers include eight mobile phones, two computer laptop, jewelry and unspecified amount of money.
