The Police have also placed a one million naira bounty on the head of OSARU, who is also known as MBA JOE.
The suspect, who hails from Ebubu community, already has a twenty million naira reward on his head after he was declared wanted by Governor NYESOM WIKE earlier this year, along with thirty-one other suspected cultists.
The Police Public Relations Officer, NNAMDI OMONI made the announcement while briefing newsmen at the Command Headquarters in Port Harcourt.
OMONI, who is a Deputy Superintendent of Police, alleged that KENNETH OSARU has been unleashing mayhem on the people of Eleme.
DSP OMONI appealed to members of the public, especially residents of Eleme, to report to the nearest police station on sighting the suspected criminal.
