Kano Anti-Graft Agency Summons Ganduje Over Dollar Videos

The Chairman of the Commission, Muhyi Magaji who made this known, said Ganduje is expected to appear before the commission next week.

However, the All Progressives Congress in the state told Ganduje to disregard the invitation by the anti-graft commission, saying the probe is politically motivated by the New Nigeria People’s Party administration in the state.

In a statement co-signed by the Chairman of the party in Kano, Abdulahi Abbas; and APC Secretary, Zakari Sarina, the party said the matter is before a court of law, and there is a sinister ploy to dent the image of the former governor.

The invitation followed few hours after, Rimingado said a a forensic analysis had determined that the viral video capturing former Kano State Governor, Ganduje, allegedly receiving bundles of dollar notes as a bribe from a man said to be a contractor and stuffing them in his pockets is authentic.
