Counsel to the four suspects, CHIABU ONUOBIA who hinted this to our correspondent said the development follows the release of the report of the Director of Public Prosecution which revealed that his clients have no case to answer.
ONUOBIA said the report of the DPP means that the suspects will be brought back to magistrate court for plea and bail consideration.
