Justice OMOTOSHO gave the directive after noticing some errors in the process filed by the lawyer to the family and advised the counsel to the family to make necessary corrections to reflect human rights for the deceased and not for the living or applicants whose rights are not breached.
Our correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR reports that Justice OMOTOSHO thereafter adjourned till 17th of March, 2020 for continuation of hearing.
Speaking outside the court room, counsel to the Police, SOKARI EGOP expressed worries over the three cases filled by the family of late CHIMA, describing them as abuse of court processes which should not be heard.
On her part, counsel to IKWUNADO’s family, LAWRENCE said she will effect the necessary changes before the next adjourned date.
