Our correspondent JAMES IGAH reports that the Judge made known his decision to withdraw from the trial before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
According to Justice ADEMOLA, the DSS which is the prosecutor in the case, has accused him of corruption hence his reason for withdrawing from the trial.
