Our correspondent reports that the affected persons were granted bail by a High Court in Port Harcourt after being refused bail at the magistrate court.
Following the development, the leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo in Rivers State have announced the cancellation of planned shutting down of business activities in protest and urged those doing business in Ikoku and all other Igbo traders in Rivers state to remain calm and law abiding and go about their businesses.
The Ohaneze Ndigbo also said they are working towards identifying the remains of late CHIMA to ensure that fresh autopsy is carried out this week in the presence of everyone concerned in the matter.
