Some of the residents of Iriebe community which share boundary with Oyibo Local Government Area in an interview with Today FM said some armed young men, invaded their community and shot sporadically.
The aggrieved Iriebe residents said after the shooting that lasted for hours, a P.O.S agent operating around the area was found dead after being hit by a bullet.
They also called on the state government to wade into the matter before its escalate.
