The head of the Iranian armed forces warned the Pakistani government of potential strikes on bases inside Pakistan if nothing was done to confront Sunni militants who carry out cross-border attacks.
This comes after ten Iranian border guards were killed by militants last month; an attack which Iran blamed on the Sunni militant Jaish al Adl group.
