IPMAN, NUPENG, others call for sack of NNPC director Kyari

The Joint stakeholders made the demand during a peaceful protest at the Port Harcourt refinery in Eleme, Rivers state.

The stakeholders who want the abandoned refinery to be fixed, asked that the GMD of NNPC, Kyari be relieved of his job for paying lip-service to the moribund state of the refineries in the country.

The protesters asked that vessels be allowed to deliver gas, diesel and petrol on weekly basis throughout the time of the said repair of Nigeria’s refineries.

They also claimed that the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company, PPMC have allegedly resorted to racketeering by sending products to private tank farms at the detriment of government owned depots.

The joint stakeholders therefore; vowed to withdraw their services should the Federal government take their concerns for granted.
