Justice ADEJUMO also observed that the controversy that led to the paralysis of activities in the Rivers State Judiciary during the immediate-past APC Administration also contributed to the delay in setting up an Industrial Court in the state.
Justice ADEJUMO made the observation while responding to questions at the ongoing 56th Annual Convention of the Nigerian Bar Association.
However; after his meeting with Governor NYESOM WIKE, Justice ADEJUMO expressed optimism of a positive result in tackling some of the challenges.
The President of the National Industrial Court also blamed lawyers for some setback in the handling of matters by the court.
Justice BABATUNDE ADEJUMO observed that some members of the Bar appear to derive pleasure in delaying court process in a bid to make gains from their clients.
