The Resident Electoral Commissioner in Rivers State, ANIEDI IKOIWAK said the commission was yet to receive a copy of the result, and therefore cannot take a decision based on reports circulated in the media.
IKOIWAK told our correspondent in a telephone interview that pending when the copy of the judgment is received by INEC, preparations for the rerun elections on Saturday will stand as already announced.
