The Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Obo Effanga gave the assurance in a media briefing at the Commission’s Headquarters in Port Harcourt on thursday, ahead of the commencement of continuous voters’ registration.
Effanga said biometrics will begin on the 19th of July 2021 in the local and state offices of INEC.
