INEC Chairman, Professor MAHMUD YAKUBU made the disclosure in a presentation at the opening of a two-day workshop for journalists in Abuja.
Professor YAKUBU said INEC has documented all the cases and is reviewing them for possible prosecution of those involved in the breach of guidelines for the conduct of the elections.
INEC Chairman also informed the gathering that the commission has instituted an administrative inquiry into the conduct of the elections in Rivers State, and would not hesitate to punish any member of staff that is found in breach of their official responsibility.
He also assured that efforts are being made for the conclusion of elections for two pending state constituencies in Etche Local Government Area.
