The Deputy Director of Voter Education and Publicity of the commission, NICK DAZANG said the development was part of efforts by the commission to ensure that uncollected PVCs were distributed to the registered voters.
DAZANG who said over twenty million PVCs were yet to be collected, said there was no deadline for the exercise.
