The nine man committee is also expected to unravel those involved in destruction of the facilities of a telephone network provider situated in the community.
In a communiqué read at the end of Ibaa stakeholders meeting, the chiefs, Ohas and other opinion leaders called for the unity and cooperation of everyone in building a lasting peace in Ibaa Clan.
According to the communiqué read by Oha AMOS ONUWA, the stakeholders condemned the vandalization of government and privately owned properties during the crisis and warned against further attempts to disrupt the on-going work by a private company.
The stakeholders also commended the Rivers State Governor; NYESOM WIKE for the amnesty program which they said has brought peace in the clan and also called on him to match his words with action by commencing the construction of the Ibaa road.
