The Ibaa locals also alleged that suspected fully-armed military men, who usually enter the community on a white Hilux truck, invaded the community again, moving from house to house in search of indigenes.
The leader of local vigilante in Ibaa, Chinanu Eleonu, who spoke to newsmen, questioned the reason behind the invasion by the suspected soldiers of a community that is not in any crisis.
Eleonu, who is popularly called Naked, while calling on federal and state governments to intervene, warned that the people will not fold their hands and allow criminals cause problems in the area.
On their part, some other indigenes of Ibaa, including the Spokesman of Uvuawhua Concerned People’s Assembly, in an interview with Today FM, narrated how the men in military uniform invaded the community and shot sporadically, resulting to tension in the community.
