The ruling as police fired tear gas and water cannon at opposition supporters who had gathered for the protest march in Harare.
The High Court said the march in Harare should be held between noon and 4PM local time.
The demonstration is organised under the umbrella of National Electoral Reform Agenda, and it is meant to call for electoral reform.
