Hearing could not go on as expected today in a case brought by two brothers of former Niger Delta militant leader, SOLOMON NDIGBARA, from Yeghe community in Gokana Local Government Area of Rivers State.The NDIGBARA Brothers were arrested by soldiers during a raid at the home of their brother who is wanted by the authorities for alleged gunrunning.Both men are seeking the enforcement of their fundamental human rights in a case which they joined the Nigerian Army and Inspector General of Police as respondents.The matter was meant to continue today, after Justice A.M LIMAN ordered the Nigerian Army to produce the men in court.But that did not happen, as the court failed to sit, following which the matter was adjourned to 10th March for hearing.However; GODWIN ONOS, who is the lawyer for the NDIGBARA Brother, told our correspondent that his clients have been released from military detention and may appear in court soon.
