Gov WIKE constitute an Advisory Committee on Prerogative of Mercy.

The committee is headed by the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, EMMA AGUMA, who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

The committee has eight other members, including the Director of Public Prosecution as Secretary.
