That is according to the Governor of the State, MOHAMMAD YAHAYA who spoke on a television programme monitored from Port Harcourt.
The Governor said the development was caused by the activities of insurgents operating in the North East region of the country.
The Governor however assured that his administration is working hard to ameliorate the condition.
The Governor also accused the past administration in the state of not doing enough to save the situation.
