Governor Wike who stated this during the dedication Service of Christian Universal Church Cathedral, in Port Harcourt recalled how, according to him the body of Christ came together in prayers during his election in 2015.
The Governor who was represented by his Deputy, Doctor Ipalibo Harry-Banigo, said he was pained by the unfortunate attack on the Christ Universal Church last year but thanked God for the eventual completion of the building.
According to a statement from the office of the deputy Governor, Wike urged Christians to remain united in order to fulfil the purpose of God on earth.
