The accused persons belong to a group that wants the Volta region and parts of northern Ghana to break away to form a new country to be called Western Togoland.
The area was not originally within the administrative borders of the Gold Coast, which became known as Ghana at independence sixty years ago.
However; the case against the individual could not make any progress at the Magistrate Court because of lack of jurisdiction.
The Volta regional police commander NANA ASOMAH said the police were yet to decide what to do on the case.
