OBIANO particularly noted that he had intended to construct a rail line to enable the ease of movement of goods from the recently commissioned International Cargo Airport in Umueri.
He however added that the incoming governor, Charles Soludo may consider carrying out such projects.
Willie Obiano is expected to hand over to Soludo on March 17 having completed two terms as governor.
