This is the submission of the former spokesperson of the Nigerian Army, Usman Sani.
Speaking on a Television Program, Sani said with the level of damage done in the North East, it is not possible to expect normalcy in the area anytime soon.
The former army spokesperson also said there is the need to differentiate the hardened members of the terrorist group from others who were forced to join the sect in the on-going amnesty program.
