Five police officers and a bus conductor have been reported killed in Ahoada-West Local Government Area of Rivers State.Our correspondent gathered that the attack on the victim was the fallout of a clash between members of a cult group and the police.
A source who confirmed the incident to our correspondent said the policemen had trailed the suspected cultists from their hideout.
Our source who does not want to be identified said the policemen later drove in a bus in a bid to lay ambush on the hoodlums, which did not work in their favour.
