Speaking in an interview with our correspondent, a member of the Pan Niger-Delta Forum, PANDEF and Rights activist, LEDUM MITEE said the visit by Vice President, YEMI OSINBAJO to the region may not yield the needed result if no action is taken.
He said dialogue which is one of the avenues to meet the demands of the people has to be more comprehensive to hear from oil producing communities in the Niger-Delta.
LEDUM MITEE who was also the head of the Niger-Delta Technical Committee commended the Federal government but said more proactive actions should be taken to show commitment to the course of the Niger-Delta region.
