The Supreme Court official and two others were meant to be arraigned before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory on a nine-count charge bothering on alleged diversion of two point two billion naira public fund.
The others are the Director of Finance, MUHAMMED ABDULRAHAMAN SHARIF and the Chief Accountant, RILWANU LAWAL, who were also accused of criminal breach of trust and taking bribe from Supreme Court contractors.
The government prosecuting counsel, HAJARA YUSUF informed the court about the decision to withdraw the charges against SALEH and the other accused persons, following which Justice ABBA BELLO MOHAMMED struck out the case.
