The Managing Director Nigeria Export Processing Zone Authority, EMMANUEL JIME who disclosed this, said he suspects illegalities going on at the tank farm to be the primary reason for the incident.
JIME warned that anyone or tank farm found culpable will upon the end of the investigation be prosecuted to serve as a deterrent.
He was Speaking in Calabar the Cross River State Capital on an under spot assessment of the tragic event.
