This makes it the second time the Federal Government would shift its position on the employment scheme earlier promised would start in October.
The Vice-President, YEMI OSINBAJO had attributed the failure by the federal government to engage the graduates in October to lack of required equipment.
The Vice President assured that the graduates would be engaged in from December 1.
